Electroplated CBN woodturning wheel is used for sharpening high speed, steel turning tools, woodturning tools.

The characteristics of CBN grinding wheel:

1. CBN grinding wheel can be a rapid cutting and high-speed feed grinding the teeth, will not cause rough phenomena, but will not cause the burn problems.

2. CBN grinding wheel is no need regular dressing and adjustment. It can be got stable performance.

3. CBN grinding wheel life is relatively long. Its grinding performance is very good, can save a lot of time.




For the electroplated wheels for woodturning, there are two types material for the body. One is a mix of abrasive and a bonding agent, which is applied to an aluminum hub in a layer. The other type is a machined steel hub with the abrasive material plated to the surface of the wheel. 



Package:



For the package, we use hard material boxes, which has a foam to protect the wheel in transportation. Even long-distance transportation, it won't be destroyed the grinding wheels.
